Help Me get my Skins and border

I didn't receive my border/skin for getting gold last season. The reason for this was I was toxic and got banned. I take full responsibility in that but the problem is the game I was toxic was a normal game. Everyone screws around in normals and try in ranked that's how the game works. Do you agree that I should not receive my rewards due to me being toxic in a normal? Also, it was if I can recall a couple weeks before the season ended I got gold and quit.
