About the refund

As we know, we can only refund 3 purchases in our league career, And I thought it is too little. The aim of riot to set this rule is to make sure there is no malevolence purchase&refund in league but everybody will make mistake, they buy some champion or skin they don't really like and after 3 times they can't refund anymore. This make sommoners have a bad feeling in their game career. Here is my advice: As we don't want malevolence purchase&refund and we want sommoners have a great shopping feeling in league Every 10 or 20 purchases will give sommoners a chance to refund will be a better rule than 3 times forever If you like this idea, pls write something and we can let the riot see this

Nah, I think what Riot should do is, if you purchase something, you're allowed to refund it as long as you haven't played a game with that something.

Ex. If I purchase Foxfire Ahri, but I didn't mean to; as long as I don't get into game using Ahri or Foxfire Ahri, I'm allowed to refund it. That'd make it a lot better.

As well, Riot should include a champion test and a skin test. The champion test should allow you to use a champion you don't own in a teambuilder, but only able to play each champion you don't own once in a lifetime or something.

A skin test should allow you to take the skin into a custom 1v0 once in a lifetime per skin. You can't play it in a normal game or anything with actual players in it.

That way we can tell if we want the champion and if we want the skin.
