AFK response from Riot. A possible solution.

So far, there has been no in game or in client response to AFKs. They released the updated leaverbuster and they say it's helped a lot. But something still seems lacking to most players. We still get the level 1s sitting in our base AFK. Something could and should be done to improve morale.

One thing Riot talks about is trying to reward people and not just punish them. So I have an idea: Reward people at some period (not just at the end of the season) for staying in games. Not leaving them.

I suggest that Riot give everyone who has not left, whether by intent or otherwise, more than ~3 games for so long a mystery chest. That means a random 975 skin or higher. There could be lesser rewards for more leaves. leave no more than ~5 games and you get a mystery gift. 520 or higher. Also, since Riot is in love with summoner icons, there could be the ultimate reward icon. If you have only left 1 (maybe even zero) games in the last X months, you get this super special icon. Something like a thumbs-up from Brolaf. Exclusively for them. How cool would that be?

I think this is an awesome way to hit up Riot's want to reward us more as well as making sure the players feel appreciated for staying around in game.
