Is 80 ping instead of 125+ ping worth the LAN server?

So I transferred my Alt account to the LAN server tonight. Was SO impressed how fluid all my actions in game were @ 80 ping instead of the normal 120+ I get being on the East Coast. I also carried the game ridiculously hard, so I pretty much believe the lower skill level hype I've been hearing.

I wasn't talked shit to for being american, but obviously nobody speaks english. Half the time I'm on NA the only legible chat I hear is flaming/toxicity anyway, so I'm really torn.

Hoping I can get some input from others that have transferred their mains to LAN on the pros/cons. I'd most definitely do it if the transfer back was free, but of course it's not.

Simple question. Do you speak spanish? I like the lower ping too, but honestly, I'd rather be able to communicate with my team efficiently. If you can speak spanish though, there's no reason not to.

Funny thing. I definitely can't speak fluently, but I worked construction a while and took it in middle school so I have a little understanding. But I was explaining the difference of the servers to my wife, who doesn't even play League.. and she offered to watch me play and translate what people were saying for me while I play. She won't watch me play on NA though, lol.

But I wasn't exaggerating, the toxicity I've been hearing in NA G4-5 is ridiculous. I play better lately with chat off. They seem to ping a shit ton more in LAN tho, but the two games I've played so far on my alt I carried pretty damn hard.

I'm torn :P

Another pretty good carry.. I really get this feeling like I'm playing in slow motion. I've got a CONSISTENT 82 ping, doesn't fluctuate, I never saw yellow. I can't tell if it's because I've got a constant lower 40+ lower ping, or because I'm on a level 14 account. Anybody add in on this?

id switch servers but i have a lot of friends on NA that live in california/colorado and i'd rather not leave them behind =[

i think it's worth the drop in ping if you don't mind playing w/o friends OP

I've actually been getting down to 68 constant now, after switching my main account. Never been happier, even convinced a few friends that live on the east coast to do the same.
