Rito please fix this report system!!!!!

If I get another false "negative attitude" or "verbal abuse" report...come on Rito. I may not be able to contest negative attitude report (when i comment on someone's obvious silly play i.e. facechecking baron with no wards) , BUT VERBAL ABUSE!!!? I don't curse during games unless i use "wtf was that?", I don't use racial slurs or call names, and i don't continuously comment on silly plays (i just mute). Can we please fix this report system to target the real criminals, like the people who purposely feed or DO USE RACIAL SLURS. PROTECT INNOCENCE!!!!!
