Petition to get 3 refunds at level 30

OK, in the vast realm of league purchasing and rp/ip, skins, champions , even ward skins, there is a lot of room for mistakes. Blowing all your refunds because of random mistakes pre level 30 is one of them. I believe that every league player should have a second chance to refund stupid purchases once we've wisened up- around level 30. So my petition is, when players hit that level 30 mark, we should get 3 additional refunds. I believe the majority of the league community would agree with me on this. Riot, if you have a specific set of reasons why you can't do this, I'm sure the community would at most agree. We understand that refunds are a great power to have, and could affect business, but I believe that the league players are given a very small window for their purchase mistakes. Thanks for reading and I hope that someone at Riot could comment on this.

I used all my IP refunds on the 450 IP champions back when I was lvl 5 or something... They should disable refunds until lvl 30 at lvl 30 people have a way better understanding of the game so they wont refund stupid things like a 450 IP champion. To have this they would have to change the purchase list so you can see all purchases ever made (I believe you can only see purchases from maximum 1 month ago)

I have not yet used any refunds as I am fairly new (level 18....first game around 6 weeks back), but I think maybe they should be tied to purchases. One refund every so many purchases or something around those lines. Three initial refunds and say one additional refund every say 20 purchases (number can be tweaked).

I wasted all my refunds by level 30 and made a new account because of it, then made the same mistake on that account by level 20, and now I have this account with no refunds but i've had it so long I don't even remember how I used them.

Here's the real question to ask: Is this something that should be implemented because it would truly benefit the community? Or is simply something that you want?

Keep in mind, refunds didn't originally exist. Riot implemented them as a courtesy for players, to accommodate the few (relative term) trouble tickets they did get. Most of which were focused around champ reworks.

IMO it should be 3 per season for any player that purchased over $50 worth or RP the previous season, as a reward for loyalty. It's really good business practice and would ultimately make players spend a bit more just so they can be over the threshold, and since they don't get money back, just RP, it would increase their profits.

I typically use my refunds when I receive a mystery skin that is better than the skin that I purchased for myself. I hate having multiple skins on champions, personally.

I hardly ever refund things really. I have only used 1 refund, and that was to refund a skin I bought for a champ that i never play so I could have enough to buy a ward skin (which I'll use more often than a skin for a specific champ). Being a player that never actually buys RP, I don't see why refunding champs is that problematic. I would never refund a champ that I bought with ip, because I'd want to eventually own all the champs (i know, big dreams.)

Okay Im going to be honest why i think this is not good. If you go to the store and see your recent purchases, you see a long list, once something is off that list, its non refundable. Hence saying you have probably bought more than that before you realized that you should refund that but its already off the list. I know I have more than just a few things I want to refund, namely skins I don't use because the new ones are better, but they are off the list hence non refundable even with a ticket. So look at your purchases, and if you want to refund is not there, then you cant refund it. :|

i bought trundle and kennen, i sometimes ply trundle, but i dont liike kennen. I do love playing nocturne. I think the refunds would be juicy.
