Is Riot Trying to make me quit this game

So i haven't made a post in many years but for anyone who knows me or my name looks sorta of familiar, Back in season 1 and the early part of riot life i had a league of legends podcast. A Podcast Called 25 mins to surrender( back when it took 25 mins to surrender). We Interviewed pro players who still play too this day, we help players to get better and we had an overall good time while doing it. Saying all this to say ive been a member the community for a long time, and while im not the best player im certainly not the worst, Ive invested alot of time love and money into this game, and worked very hard to try to get at a lvl which i have competitive games and an enjoyable time.

So Those who follow the show know i let it be know i was the worst player on the cast and spent the first 2 season in what i would like to call elo hell aka bronze. But after awhile i was able to get all the way to gold. I eventually ended up floating in silver for a long period of time but hey at least the games where close and competitive and fun. So With the Start of this season i figured hey go at least even you will stay in silver and who knows maybe you can make plat this year. But instead i went 5-5 and Was Placed in bronze. Which to me made little to no sense, So i win my first 8 games in bronze not much trouble but then i start getting teamed with worst and worst and worst and worst players too the point where it all starts to come back to me. That old elo hell feeling, That feeling of hopelessness that no matter what you do and how hard you try you will in the end loose the game. Cause unless you play a role in which you can almost single handily win the game your gonna lose.

So we come back to the title of this post is riot trying to make me quit this game. I feel there is no point in playing a game if its no longer fun, and thats what this game is becoming. Being trolled and yelled at and placed with people who have no idea of the mere basic of the game is not fun. Its not fun for anyone i get mad they get mad its literally hell. So what choices do i have. Do i quit the game after a 4 year investment just walk away from it like an abusive marriage. Or do i try to change things. I Think i might be done, it maybe time to move on.......
