"Purchase RP" Button In-Client Gone?

So I logged onto League today and wanted to buy some RP, however, when I clicked on the store and looked over to the top-left, there is no "Purchase RP" option. Only "Gifting Center", "Featured", "Champions", "Skins", etc.

Is this a bug or what? Was it intentionally removed? Was the location of the button changed and I'm just blind?
