How can I unlock the gangplank skin what is a "matchmade" ? normal? ranked?
I've already played tons of gp still don't have the skin.

Nobody gets the skin until the 10th when the event is over.
You don't get the skin until the event ends. Any game mode that isn't a custom should work
what if you surrender?
