Skin Ability Previews

In the Champion Overview window, there is the option to view abilities with video included. It would be a nice addition to the game if, while a certain skin is selected, it would show a preview of that skin's ability particles instead of the base. This would give players a better idea of how a skin looks, rather than having to judge from the splash art or having to go to an external source for a preview.
