Hello all my name is Dominick, I started playing league back in late season 1 all the way through the beginning of season 3. At the beginning of season 3, I was sent to fight for my country as I am a member of the air force. I just recently returned to NA and tried to recover my account after many years of being away from the game. I contacted riot support to see if they could help recover the account and after 3 weeks of them asking me questions such as "what is the first thing you bought with rp" and unsuccessfully answering they closed my ticket. So now i am forced to level a new account after putting time and money into my old account. Not really sure why im writing this ticket for i know it will not solve my problem, just think its ridiculous they expect us to remember account info when the account was made over 5 years ago.

your bank statements should be the tell tale but even then, yeah you're right. it is pretty retarded the stuff they ask.

It's not really their fault, they don't expect you to remember account info so much as they need some kind of way of finding your old account and verifying that it's actually yours so they can give it to you. If you don't remember anything about it, there's nothing they can do. It sucks, but..

Ya, it's kind of a crappy security question. Submit more tickets or hope someone relevant notices this I guess.

If they don't make it right, I'm sure someone in the community would be will to boost you back to 30 and very quickly...not that we don't frown upon that sort of thing of course......ehem!...anyhow, i hope things work out for you one way or another. Thank you for your service

"I was sent to fight for my country" ... If you would have left out that one thing, I'd have had sympathy for you, but now I know you're just another one of those who think they actually fight for freedom and whatnot, when in fact you're just a hired mercenary. Not more, and not less.

I still hope you get your account back though.
