Chat restricts

So we all have bad days but im just kinda salty i got chat restricted. Sure I guess I was kinda toxic in a few games but really? This guy reported me when I was playing singed top.... you know why? Because I just kept telling my team to ff! That isnt very reasonable. A few other games sure I was a bit toxic once calling someone on the enemy team a "pussy" but very playingly in the sense that i was just standing under tower dancing. But now I get this? I talk a lot in league but I don't feel its just to chat restrict people who were negative in 1-2 games! And I was hardly really deep down toxic, I was either just taunting a little (keyword little) for fun or just was very straight with my communication and got a bit tilted but seriously?
