League of Draven

Dear Riot Games;

As a Draven player, one of the first champs I got, I was dissapointed with the first attempt with League of Draven. while the second attempt was better, and i have utilized it well, i must ask... couldnt you have done something like this?

"Draven's new passive has nerfed him completely. So, in light of this discovery, we have made a new change that will bring Draven players great joy"

Style of Draven: League of Draven + Whenever Draven lands a Critical Strike, the target starts to bleed,dealing damage over time. if the target is killed while bleeding, Draven consumes all stacks of league of Draven, Granting him 2+ gold for every stack, plus 50 gold for every kill. If Draven gets the kill with whirling death, this gold is halved. If the target is killed while not bleeding, the gold is also halved. spinning axe does not make the target bleed unless it is a critical strike.

Seems fair right? this is coming from a guy who mains the League of Draven, so, critisisms anyone? don't by shy!
