In the patch note there is ULTRA RAPID FRENZY = U.R.F... ( change) (ULTRA RAPID FIRE)

So URF is back in the next patch?

The use of the letters U.R.F is just a joke that Riot continues to implement in any way they possibly can. It has nothing to do with the game mode.
