this alone response shows that riot is a great company, I never once in my email to them mentioned the fact I got a recent pentakill with Lucian the rioter was willing to look to find out that and congratulate me. Also the fact that they were willing to trade a bit of rp for a my drawing of project lucian is cool even if its just a small amount of rp.

you also need to recognize how much effort the ticket system takes. the man power alone to help individual players is insane(not a lot of games can do this and league is the most popular game in the world)
