3 Players with the same name in a party?? @RiotGames

I was just playing a game of LoL and then out of no where, I see 3 players with the same name "Cool Calm Pete". There weren't any noticeable changes like an extra space or something like that. I don't know if they were hackers or just found a way to do this. Thanks for reading!
