Stop spammers from adding you to their friends list

Every time i login to leagues i have at least one lvl 1 person trying to request me as a friend. I have accepted some of them but then realized there all spammers and trying to advertise. So lately i have been denying the request to stop them from advertising/spamming me, but i am still being spammed with friend request of lvl 1s.

I think there should be a lvl requirement for adding friends like lvl 5 to stop people from making accounts just to spam or at least give me a option to stop all friend request or stop all lvl 1 friend request. It is very annoying having so many request every day.

A level requirement would do absolutely nothing positive. It would limit how many people can play with their friends who are just starting out, all while forcing spammers to add a simple botting program to their spammers. It's like "gun control", it only hurts those who are following the rules in the first place.
