There was a challenger team that did that last year, I forget their name, and it worked for a while until people realized that if they kept their ADC and Support farming in a different lane instead of going mid with the other champions, they would get ahead in levels and could beat the strategy. That said, straying from the meta in normal games can give you a massive advantage as people are unsure how to adapt and react to it.
