Champion Select Issue

So i have been playing league for maybe 4 months now and with time I have noticed some problems SUCH as the chat system in Lol. The orders are always screwed up so the roles are usually fought over who got it first because of the order in which people join the chat and not displaying previous chat (roles that were called before someone joined). I think that it would be easy to fix this by not loading the chat system until everyone has connected to the lobby in order for everyone to be able to see Everyone's roles and other messages. This is getting really annoying and ends up with stubborn people and dodging and duo jungling, etc. so man would it be nice if someone could fix this
