When does ranked 2016 starts? Is there a set launch date yet?

JRobin311 votesI'm not sure... but I think it might depend on when they feel dynamic queue is ready. LCS Spring Split starts up Jan. 14 for EU and Jan. 16 for NA.
Dukues1 votesThink rank 2015 started January 21, 2015. I am thinking/hoping that is around when the 2016 season will start. I was just about to ask this same question so if anyone knows that would be great.
