Punished for bad connection

I get punished for bad connection all the time. At least twice a week. And I know that my internet is good. I don't have any issues with any other games but this one. And its not all the time but it only takes one game where I d/c and can't come back to put me in a low priority queue and its really annoying. I spend a lot of money on this game and am generally not toxic when I play. I just don't understand why I'm being punished so harshly for something that I cannot control. Le sigh
