Anyone else seen this?

I was in a match yesterday playing as Kha'zix with another Kha on the other team. The enemy Kha had the Mecha skin, I was classic. Every time the Q showed the isolated marker on the enemy it would also show the Mecha target, and make the sound effect a few times, along with the normal skin marker. Even with the enemy Kha no where near me. Just wondering if anyone else seen this and if its a glitch or one time thing.
