Ranting about the new draft mode

I have been waiting all day to play Jhin. Every time I get matched up, I never get ADC. This time, I finally got to play adc and I selected Jhin! I was so relieved. Then, while banning, a member of my team banned him. WHY IS THAT ALLOWED?? This is stupid. I just want to play him once today. >.> Also. In blind pick, someone always chooses adc/Jhin before I can even attempt to get him. Why does Riot hate me?
