I only got skin discounts for champions I don't use. What?

It appears as if the "discount bot" just picked what ever it pleased, I thought the offers were based (at least some) in your most played champions. But offers appear to be totally random. Been working hard to get Mastery 7 on Bard lately and I expected to at least get Bard Bard, oh well.

Your Shop Issues - We are aware of issues with “Your Shop” not showing the correct personalized offers. We are deactivating the feature until we can fix the issue.

I appear to be having the same issue, getting skins for champions that I never have played or even have unlocked but on the bright side I got an awesome Karma skin that I wanted lol
