Internship/Volunteering

I'm a grade 12 student and have been playing LoL for 4 years now. Im hoping my time invested in the game can translate to something tangible eventually, hopefully a long term job with the company. However for now since I don't have anything valuable or pay worthy to offer the company I was wondering if there were internship offerings or perhaps some way I could volunteer.

Also if people offer streaming as a way to earn money, I've already tried that xD. The problem is I dont exactly have a very enticing personality, and i havent even breached diamond rank yet (btw this is my smurf). Also on top of that it's not really about the money so much as just looking for a way to invest myself more into the company.
