Just my thought that it would be nice to be able to have a hotkey dedicated for opening and closing the friends list. Not complaining about the new patcher and lander, I love the layout, it's just that the friends list seems a bit clunky when you're on the lander and a QoL change for a quick open/close button would be nice.

Even if you could type /msg and then the first part of the friends name and then auto-finish with tab based on who is in your friends list. Works that way in most software based coding systems (ie UNIX, LINUX, even Matlab)
