I would like to be able to gift my friends my Hextec. Loot

So I am a huge supporter of Riot. I take every update they do. They nerfed my main recently Ryze and I feel it is just. Getting to the point I would like to be able to gift my Hextec. Loot with my friends. Perhaps gift into their Hextec. Loot? You could even make it cost RP and make some money. Just an idea that i would very much like. Also their should be a report for having no skin that somehow ties into that person getting gifted a skin in hextec crafting. Again just an avid fan with nutty ideas. Let me know what you think.

are you just copying and pasting "Hextec. Loot" because im pretty sure its "Hextech Loot"

It would lose them too much money, everyone would get exactly what they want. What I do think is stupid however is that you cant even gift chests and keys, my friend wanted to gift me 3 chest+key for my birthday from his leftover RP, but in the end he had to pay more money to buy me RP just so that I can actually buy them.
