Loading screen doesn't show pictures

Hi, When I'm in the loading screen the game loads properly however none of the pictures or boarders show. All it shows is the summoner name, then the character name and the summoner spells. This only recently started happening after I moved. Can someone please shine some light on this? Thanks.
