I don't suppose there's any change in the plans for making these placements a little more...fair?

I won't bore you with my story, as you've heard it a thousand times, but it's almost literally everyone's story. I'm not one for making demands, and I really all aspects of the game, but I would also like to know if Riot has any plans of helping out its community (after all, they claim to be player oriented, but I don't know of many players that are happy right now) or if they will just say "screw it, we're going to focus on the LCS. Get better."

Look at any comments section on facebook, reddit posts, and forums posts and you'll find I'm not alone in this. In fact, it seems we're a majority of the community now. That should warrant some sort of response from someone, right? Even if it means I'd have to do all ten placements again, it's better than having to embark on a multi-month, or year long quest for getting back to where I WAS.

Simply put, someone with a 50% win rate in placements shouldn't drop an entire league, or more, between seasons. The start of the new season was something I looked forward to, but now I dread with all my body playing my way through Bronze again just to get back to where I left off months ago.
