How come people haven't said anything about how r%%%%%ed they are? I mean just read:

E. Suspension/Termination. By Riot Games. RIOT GAMES RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SUSPEND, TERMINATE, MODIFY OR DELETE YOUR ACCOUNT AT ANY TIME FOR ANY REASON OR NO REASON, WITH OR WITHOUT NOTICE TO YOU, AND WITH NO LIABILITY OF ANY KIND TO YOU.

So basically this is to avoid the insults about their support that is unreliable and keeps responding with templates.

YOU FURTHER ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT THE RIOT POINTS SYSTEM AND THE VIRTUAL ITEMS YOU ACQUIRE HAVE NO MONETARY VALUE AND CANNOT BE REDEEMED FOR CASH. NO REFUNDS WILL BE MADE FOR THE PURCHASE OF RIOT POINTS OR FOR VIRTUAL ITEMS OBTAINED USING RIOT POINTS.

And then this. So they can just suck 300 euros from your bank account and then one day they can actually perma ban you as they wish.(Not saying they do this atm, probably did once or twice but not common to do )

Why hasn't anyone talked about this??? Oh whatever this post is probably gonna get deleted.

Pretty much every game company has something similar to this. I mean there have been quite a few dudes dripping tears on the forums saying they were going to sue Riot for banning them or whatever. I doubt those posts are serious, but if that was not in the ToS, then that could be an actual thing. They could come up with their own arbitrary rules stating "we only have the right to do so and so with your account under these conditions", but the thing is, that's just dumb from a company's standpoint and just a tiniest loop-hole means hell for the company, so it's better to just cover anything and everything using wording like what they do.

riot has actually un-ban people when it was a mistake so they are fairly good on not banning people needlessly.

Most if not all games have same thing in their rules.
