@Riot Suggestions

A few things, small suggestions for Riot.

1: What about a suggestion board for ideas for the game. There is a skin and champion board, a balance and gameplay board, but no board for general suggestions. So I am putting them in the Misc board since none others seem to fit.

2: Next. Alright so my boyfriend just reached 110,000ip. He has all the runes he wants, every champion, quite a few rune pages, and has nothing he really wants to buy with ip. We were talking and toying with the idea of gifting having some things you can use ip for. Things like champions having the option to gift with ip or rp, or even adding rune pages or runes for gifting. This idea came up with my brother now getting into the game and struggling between saving ip for runes or for champion purchases. I can see downsides to this of course. You can lose income as people gifting champions is a champion that the receiver is not going to spend RP to buy, which they may do. Gifting runes opens up ip for champions which causes them to buy them with ip instead of RP again. Gifting rune pages for ip and/or rp also denys that RP expense as well.

We were just discussing ideas of things to do with ip XD Thought I would share.
