Why does riot do nothing about

all the poor people who can't afford decent internet trying to play ranked? Same goes for all the ppl who are borderline autistic a/o have down syndrome. How is it even reasonable to have some idiot go 0-6 in lane and call that a fun game?

Here's a fix, pay attention riot since you idiots don't seem to know how to do anything right.

If I player gets reported for unskilled enough times, ban him from ranked X amount of games. Number gets higher the more times he's banned.

"But what if people just report willy nilly to get someone banned?" You mean how their current shit system with verbal abuse and offensive language works?

If a player takes longer than 2 minutes to connect to a game, the game is disbanded and the lagger is barred from ranked as if he dodged.

"But some people can't afford good comps/internet." Then you don't belong in ranked. There is a game mode exactly like ranked, you can still play the game, you just now can't ruin it for other people.
