Purchase Refunds

So... I have always believed that Rito should allow us to have as many refunds as we could possibly want. The theory behind this being: "What do they care? We've already spent money to buy their RP, or played the game for long enough to save up enough IP. They shouldn't care what we spend it on!" But then i got to thinking: "There might actually be a lot of reasons why.. it could bog down the servers, not to mention you could effectively purchase and play every single champion/skin in the game with only having spent about $20 and then refunding several times."

So, I came up with this solution: 100 RP = 1 Refund (with the exception of RP puchases)

Why not? That way we have to buy RP to purchase a refund, and they would actually get extra money. We would either spend remaining RP to purchase the refund for the one champion, or we would have to buy more! I don't, logically, see any flaws in this, so my theory is: is this something that Riot would actually consider?

It would stop the possibility of endless refunds, as you'd gradually lose enough RP to not be able to purchase anything. (i.e. I purchase the $20 and $5 RP options so I can get DJ Sona . I have 3450 RP, and use 3250 RP to buy her. I have 200 RP left and decide "I don't really like Sona ." So I spend 100 RP to refund her. I now only have 3350 RP, 100 less than the original 3450.)

Let me know what y'all think!

I've always thought they could even do something as simple as giving 3 more refund tokens at the beginning of every season. If you're like me, chances are you ran out of refunds in the first 6 months because you ended up just flat out disliking the champion. Yes you can test champions in free to play week, but there's some champs I've never seen in free to play since I started playing. (Gangplank being a prime example). There's not much more annoying than saving up 6300 IP to buy a champion, and then discovering you're terrible with that champion.

The only downside is people could refund a champion or skin they have, and buy it while it's on sale to get RP back.
