Ranked wins at end of season

I think alot of people who play tons of ranked games daily and still dont manage to get there role atleast should have something to show for it at end of season otherwise its just pretty much invisible experience say you hit 30 than play 500 ranked games, dont get past bronze, and than you have nothing to show for it and people will treat you like you have no experience, I think ranked wins should be added towards normal wins when the season ends or atleast stay there or show how many ranked wins they had last season on there profile! or something to prove these people who dont manage to get there ranks atleast had that experience of playing those games and prove you have that much more experience!
