New Idea For Rito :D ?

Can we make it so that if you report someone that you played with, you can't ever get them in you champion select? Clearly if you reported them, you dont want to play with them anymore so why should you have to dodge for that troll? I recently played a game where I had to play with a very toxic player who did nothing but flame at the whole team. When we announced that we would be reporting her and asked the enemy team to do so, she proceeded to trolling and running into the enemy team and suiciding at their towers and overall refusing to communicate with the team taking jabs at everyone. I started a new game and who did I see in my champ select?, the same troll that I had last game. When I was a much higher pick and picked ahri mid, the guy trolled and went gp with tp mid and forced me to go top. She was again toxic and went on to feed ( 8/19 and also 2/14 the previous game she trolled ). A link is posted to person's op.gg only because lolking isn't up to date. Its the gp and morg games.
