Forming up ranked team, looking for members

Howdy Summoners, I'm antbarrone, a gold ad carry main in season 3 and a nonplayer due to personal issues for most of season 4. I and two other players, Xrusa, and Quadrillax, have played League of Legends for almost 4 years. As of late, we've decided to take League of Legends seriously and play to progress up the ranked ladder. Xrusa plays an aggressive, play-making style in the mid lane and often is the focal point of our games. Quadrillax plays a more passive style in the top lane in an effort to set up plays for Xrusa and the jungler to capitalize on. I play Ranged Ad carry in the bot lane the majority of the time; But have also mained jungle and support for a full season each. As such, I have a highly rotatable play-style, and deep champion pools for all of those positions. We need several players, preferably silver 1-plat 5, who main the adc, jungle, or support positions. We need players who play this game religiously, are available late at night to practice, and also have the time to play solo que to practice on their own. We need people who are willing to study the position they play and learn what makes the difference between a good laner and a master laner. Most importantly we need people who are willing to put in the effort to turn the group's love of the game into a lucrative community that strives to be the best.
