Edit Runes in Champ Select
Why hasn't editing runes in champ select been applied?

Yeah i would really love it
because than you wouldn't need to spend anything on buying new rune pages. you just need one rune page and edit it every game during champ select.
this is literally the only reason. It's very easy to make it so that runes can be edited like masteries during champ select. riot need to feed their inefficient usages of resources.
