Anything over 60fps doesn't really make a difference. Above 60fps it's all the placebo effect lol.

The real thing that's going to determine whether or not you can do that is your graphics card and your monitor.

I don't know much about that card (AMD R240 2GB) but based on what I've read regarding it isn't all that powerful (but that is to be expect of a $500 rig). Now league is optimized to run on as many computers as possible so you should get a steady framerate at least. I don't think you'll be getting 200fps as that card is the equivalent in terms of power to a card from about 3-4 years ago.

All of that is a moot though depending on your monitor as your max fps is the refresh rate of your monitor regardless of the quality of your card. It can only draw so many times a second.

It is a decent deal for 500 USD, and a good entry level rig, but to be totally honest don't expect to be blown away by its performance.

And no you can see framerates higher than 60fps (tbh 120 fps freaks me out in how smooth it is)
