trolls :(

It seems majority of the matches' I play there is nothing but troll's, I been to silver 3 back to 5 almost 3 again then stuck in 5.. I mean do people really have nothing better to do then ruin matches? I always report them after game block them etc yet, seems no matter what I do I am always stuck with them. Yes I've carried some games where they troll but, it still bother's me when its almost every match I play there some in there. Trolling like purposely feeding or going as an adc riven and such, even people auto locking a certain role when it's already been filled then stating oh well tuff luck lol. Am I the only one that seems to have trouble like that? I mean I at time's wonder if riot does anything about it, I do report them and such yet there so many on here xD Anyway sorry for the ranting guys, I was just curious who else is having trouble with these childish people.^^
