Dropping games for not Banning!!!!!

why did you make it where if you dont ban or lock in your champion you get kicked from the game? its so hard to play a game now because most people dont lock in or dont ban. everyone has stuff to do while they wait. nobody wants to stare at the screen waiting for the game to start! its a good concept but why punish people when they dont ban or lock in. youre not only punishing them but everyone else who has to queue up 10 times in normals because this update sucks! i swaer i spend more time at champ select than in the game. please fix soon! from a frequent player and consumer of league of legends mechendise.
