PRACTICE TOOL

So lately I have been wanting to try Kalista, and I do not have 6300 ip. I was thinking it would be a good idea to implement every champ for just the Practice tool so people can try them out? It just seems like a good idea to try champs out because that's not a feature in the game! Thanks :D
