Does the end game stats reflect "Damage to Champions" show mitigated damage based on armor?

Being physical damage implies that armor was already factored in, because if armor wasn't factored then it would be true damage.

negative. It would be dealt as physical damage. 0 armor only implies true damage whereas true damage ignores armor all together.
