What determines the queue rank that shows up on you profile?

Now that the new honor system has come out, you only see one queue rank on your profile and have to hover over it to see the rest. I am wondering why for some people it shows their solo/duo rank while others it shows their flex? Also it would be nice to choose which one to show off
