Graves and his Cigar.

Ok so. Why can't riot just give graves a cigar?... is there a backstory i'm missing or something because it's been going on for years and it's gotten to the point where its annoying when i see literally every comment about graves not having his cigar can you add it or do something or tell me a backstory that im missing?????????????????????????????????????????
