I've been waiting for my pool party icon for a very long time now. I have yet to receive my icon and it's been bugging me that all my friends have it. I've been in a 5 premade team and also gifted twice just for the pool party event. I've been very positive and very polite when i play my games. So i'm so confused why i haven't got my icon yet. This might be a bug? who knows but if anyone has information on why some people didn't get the icon then please let me know thanks.

You can always submit a ticket to Riot Support.
I believe the window of them giving them out is over as it says in the post that it would be done by the 27th.
You did participate in the 5-man premade and the gifting last week right and not in the past 8 days? Because the event has been over since the 21st.
Yeah, Im having the same issue. My friend and I exchanged mystery gifts. And I have never been reported for being toxic or anything. Just had leaver buster a few times from my internet cutting out. o.x hopefully thats not terms for not getting it. x.x
