Acquiring Hextech Annie

Okay so I've bought chests to increase my chances at acquiring Hextech Annie. Now one thing about the hex creates is the factor of getting loot at random, never knowing what might pop up, much like a mystery chest. But one thing that I cant wrap my head around is when you get loot you already own, especially when I own all champions. Skins and the rest I understand because most you need riot points to acquire, I get that. But when I own all champions and don't need the champion loot from them that is what I don't understand. Since most of my loot is champions I just re roll them so I may have a chance at getting extra shards. I've spent plenty of money on riot to get cool things since I enjoy playing the game. But this has gotten silly with the fact of me not yet having enough gemstones for Annie and I haven't even gotten a gemstone with every purchase of 10+1 create deal and I feel like I'm slowly losing more faith that I will ever get Annie's skin.

I would like to know how much time is left until I lose all of my gems to the game when they take this hex crafting off. I'm so close yet so far away from it. The only reason I've put effort into this aspect is because this is the only way to get a skin that make Annie look both cool and make others jealous (let's be honest we all want things that we can't have and like to flaunt it to friends).

My point is....

  1. How long do I have to acquire the remaining 3 gemstones to forge skin.
  2. Why aren't there gemstones guaranteed in a 10+1 create bundle.
  3. Will there ever be a way to trade skin/champion shards with friends so that you slightly have a chance that both party's can get what is wanted.

If these questions can be answered that would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your time in reading this rant.

Well lets put it like this: Hextech Annie is an skin exclusive as an reward for a massive amount of hextech crafting done. It is meant to be rare and based on rng.
