Please do not retire Normal Draft for other countries

EUW, NA and Brazil aren't affected by this.

But please do not remove this mode for our gamers across the globe. They do not want to fight for their roles in Normal Blind picks and it can lead to more players not being able to counter pick champions for ranked mode though draft mode is still available in ranked but this will elude most player's attention if you remove Normal Draft pick.

Plus in blind pick players will be against an enemy match up they wont like and you know how scared some players get if they are inexperienced in dealing with some champions like to name a few here Fiora, Illaoi, Yasuo, Syndra, Viktor, Shaco, Sion, Rumble, Teemo (Yes. Teemo. You still get people who can't handle a Teemo).

I can understand if keeping those modes up for countries who dont use it, taking up resources with your company but this can leave a negative effect on players who want to practice in normals while having champion control on who gets what champion and what champion gets banned.
