99LP

Okay this isn't a real issue, but I just want to let riot know that I have been disappointed 3 times in a row now. I am in Silver 2 and I am climbing. However, I can't get in promos anymore because I keep getting stuck at 99LP :( It makes me sad being 1LP away. I usually lose the game when I'm at 99LP. That is just because I'm bad, but let me lose it in my promos at least. Am I just not wanted in Silver 1? I just want to get in promos.
