You should be able to send IP because you may have every champion in the game and since you have them all with all the runes that you want and need you may have friends that are same level as you but not a lot of IP so i believe that you should be able to send IP
The Aqualious1 votesIt is a cool feature, but on the flip side:
1: you might have whiny people spam you over and over for IP
And
2: This could allow really low lvl newbies access to champions far to complicated for them to use, which may really screw a lot of people over as it may reduce the win rates of those games a lot
Zero Ego1 votesMaybe only be able to gift level 30s?
ßÖß RÖŠŠ1 votesYea
The Aqualious1 votesHow about... 10-15 can start being gifted
ßÖß RÖŠŠ1 votesthats a good idea sorry late response in game
The Aqualious1 votesIt's the board
You could reply at midnight and no one would care

People never spam you for RP so why would they spam you for IP?
The Aqualious1 votesRp costs real life cash
Ip is free to obtain and is unlimited
It's easier to spam for something that is free

1: It's also easier to gain IP. 2: How do you spam somebody for IP anyways? Youtuber's comment section would be the only thing I could think of.
