New to game.. I get reported every single game no matter what I do

So after almost every single game I get a pop-up message that says "Your recent behavior blah blah blah offensive language/verbal abuse" I can do really well and win, say nothing but GG and still get reported. I can spend the entire game getting told off by my team/the enemy team and I get reported. In my last game the Vel'Koz on the enemy team spent the entire game spewing insults in all-chat and after the game I get a message that says my behavior isn't in line.

Is this normal? Please tell me nothing will come of these reports.

just quit now i liken it to crack they all hate it, know its bad, will tell others not to do it, yet everyday they sit down and fire it up.

I can't agree more. That's why you see people saying they quit every week, then being back. We all want to leave, we just can't!

Sadly this happens a lot to new players. Older players will make smurfs just to troll new players and try to get them chat restricted or banned cause they find it fun.

So something does come of the reports. I'm assuming its an automated process. Nice. So If I'm going to get reported every single game for verbal abuse/offensive language then I might as well be verbally abusive and use offensive language.

Well after enough they will look at your chat history and see if these reports are true or not. If they are false then nothing will be done to you but instead the ones that reported you will then get a form of punishment.

Well that's pretty reassuring I guess. I'll just go ahead and mute everyone at the start of the game so I won't be tempted to defend myself when someone people start insulting me.

No they won't. I can speak from experience, they just slap a CR on you.
