New to game.. I get reported every single game no matter what I do

So after almost every single game I get a pop-up message that says "Your recent behavior blah blah blah offensive language/verbal abuse" I can do really well and win, say nothing but GG and still get reported. I can spend the entire game getting told off by my team/the enemy team and I get reported. In my last game the Vel'Koz on the enemy team spent the entire game spewing insults in all-chat and after the game I get a message that says my behavior isn't in line.

Is this normal? Please tell me nothing will come of these reports.
